If it feels like muscle cramps of any kind try eating a banana or some watermelon (both great sources of potassium) and drink plenty of water. Dehydration causes the muscles to spasm and just overall ache. Potassium deficiency normally causes "charlie horses" or extremem muscle weakness. Another possibility is your pressure points. I have a lot of pressure on my feet, if I stand for long periods of time it starts to radiate up my legs. If you've gained any weight it could be putting you off balance causing the weight bearing muscles to be used differently. It could be a mineral deficiency. The best way to find out is to talk to your doctor if you feel the pain is bad enough. If you have any concerns about your own health or the health of your child, you should always consult with a physician or other healthcare professional. I've talked about Groundhog Day in three articles so far, and will probably do it again in many more. It's as if I'm stuck in a time loop, like in that movie Edge of Tomorrow. But one person who didn't think anyone would still be talking about Groundhog Day today was Washington Post film critic Desson Howe, who went so far as to declare that "Groundhog will never be designated a national film treasure by the Library of Congress."In his review, Howe says that the movie starts off well, but then turns "creatively frigid." He also complains that, while "zany" and at times "pretty good," it gets repetitive since, you know, it's not like trapping the protagonist in a time loop is the entire premise. Exactly one sentence after decrying the lack of progression, Howe says he's disappointed that the character is headed for "the usual Hollywood Life Lesson." Ah yes, the old "mean journalist experiencing an endless cycle of rebirth grows as a person after being confronted with the inevitability of death" cliche. I think Billy Madison used that one, too.Hey, guess what '90s comedy got selected for preservation in the National Film Registry by the Library of Congress in 2006?No, it was Groundhog Day, you dumbass. Being included in the National Film Registry means not only that Groundhog Day has been declared "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant," but also that centuries from now, when all other movies have presumably crumbled into dust or been melted down and turned into shoes (there's a shoe scarcity in the future), people will still be able to watch the film, over and over again, and reflect on how awesome it is. I'm submitting a petition to have Desson Howe's review preserved as well, so that all those people will also be able to reflect on how wrong he was.1. Newsweek in 1995: "The Internet? Bah!"Clifford Stoll might be one of the coolest people ever. Besides being an astronomer, radio operator, and maker of logic defying glass bottles, he was one of the earliest hacker hunters in history. He figured out how to catch a German KGB related computer spy in 1986, back when hackers could act with impunity because no one knew what a hacker was (Angelina Jolie hadn't taught us yet). Stoll even looks exactly like what Hollywood movies promised us scientists would look like:If he says "Wubba lubba dub dubs," I'm gonna faint.Oh, and he also wrote the most impressively wrong article about the Internet ever published. Even he seems to think so. Everything about this 1995 Newsweek piece by Stoll reads like something written in the present to make fun of those dumb mid '90s cavemen, starting with the title:I'm pretty sure this was the only time the word "nirvana" was used in that sense in the entire '90s.That's just the tip of the grumpy iceberg. Stoll starts off by recapping all the far out things people were predicting for the Internet, like virtual communities, online shopping, or helping democracy, and sums them up with one word: "Baloney."That last one isn't true yet, but we're getting there.Next, he asserts that if anyone with a connection can post whatever they want, most of it will be dumb, which is . He follows that up with another cantankerous gem:I don't think he means that "sure."I'm gonna give him the benefit of the doubt and believe "Intenet" there isn't a typo, but the name of a different thing on which you can't currently read every newspaper ever. He continues, skeptical:Yes, having to talk to a sweaty employee to get my Dinosaucers DVDs would make Amazon so much better. So it's not just "electronic books" (electro bs for short), but the very concept of buying anything online that's like wizardry to him. And safely sending money over the Internet? Get outta town! You can now buy a digital edition of that same 1995 article through the Newsweek app, and while you're at it, you can order stuff from Stoll's website using PayPal. Incidentally, Stoll lives in Oakland, California, and I'm guessing the shopping center eight minutes from his home is no longer doing more business than the entire Internet, since this is what it looked like in 2010:This stupid joke took me four hours of research, so I hope someone got a silent chuckle out of it.Obviously, this isn't the only old magazine article to doubt that the Internet would catch on (or the only time Newsweek got something tragically wrong), but what makes this one special is that Stoll 1) is really smart and should have known better, and 2) got super snarky about his wrongness. With the old fashioned arrogance and the "Shyeah, right" sarcasm, it's like he turned into a one man Frasier/Wayne's World crossover.Unless, of course, he did write this as a joke article in the present and then used astrophysics to radio it back in time through one of his impossible bottles, in which case we take everything back. 555088 184 Retro Jordan 1 Black Toe High OG 2013 ,Nike Air Foamposite One Safari Black Air Jordan 3 Black History Month Black Metallic Gold Air Jordan 7 Retro Year of the Rabbit 2011 378037 117 Air Jordan 11 Legend Blue White Black Legend Blue Air Jordan 11 Low IE Black Varsity Red Air Jordan 2 Infrared Cement 543390 043 Air Jordan 6 Retro Turbo Green Gs Black Volt Ice Turbo Green Black Air Jordan 2 Infrared Cement 656503 401 Air Jordan Future Varsity Royal Varsity Royal White A quarter horse must have two officially timed works within a 45 day period before starting a race unless he has raced within that period of time. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, an anniversary, a graduation or a housewarming, you want a present that's going to say exactly what you want to say, exactly when you want to say it. But finding that perfect gift isn't as easy as it sounds, especially when you're looking for the perfect Christian gifts in a very non Christian society. Whatever their style there's a piece of trendy gold, silver, gemstone, wooden, leather or beaded faith jewelry waiting just for them. A word to the wise: Hematite is incredibly fragile, and while it makes a trendy complement for just about any outfit its fragility makes it a poor gift for children. Christian T Shirts Really, is there anything more fun than walking down the street and having people stop to read your t shirt? Today's Christian t shirts are giving them something to read about! From powerful messages of love and faith to fun little quips ("I Pray," created out of the eBay logo, made a splash on the market not too long ago), Christian t shirts make a great gift for the person who loves to hang out in comfort and style while standing in the silence as a testament to God's power. Holy Land Gifts Pastor Sherman Davis once stated that the people of Israel were the only ones to have ever had a country, an entire country, promised to them by God. As god's chosen people they're going to have the opportunity to reclaim their homeland, and what could be cooler than sharing a piece of that homeland with someone you love? People travel from all over the world to see Israel, and now pieces of Israel are traveling all over the world to create fantastic Holy Land gifts. Share holy water, anointing oils, incense and olive wood carvings with your friends and family in the Christian and Jewish communities. And they're comfortable too! If you've got a friend who would love the opportunity to literally walk in the word of God this is exactly the gift you've been looking for.

But they're 0 0 in Big Ten championship and bowl games, as in 2012 they served a one year ban on postseason games included among the sanctions for the memorabilia for tattoos/cash scandal first learned of in late 2010.Ohio State, though, will get to play out the 2013 campaign, including postseason games. Thus, the Buckeyes can seek the biggest prizes, and many observers believe they are a contender for the biggest a national championship.SEC teams have won the last seven national titles, including the last two by Alabama. Ironically, that streak began in the 2006 season, when Urban Meyer was Florida's coach, and the Gators routed the Buckeyes, 41 14, in the BCS championship game. Meyer and Florida won another title two years later. The Buckeyes will figure out whether it's as a receiver or defensive back. In this clip we're going to show you how to perform easy dance steps for children. Alexander, if you hear in my classroom when I said, please make up a dance out of the things you learned, what would you do? I would probably do my favorite thing. What is that? I like the Tomb? Pas De Bourrees, I like fifth position, I like Pirouettes and I love Releves. They may have used their favorite steps and also teaches them to be on the stage, they get used to getting up in the front of a lot of people when they do it everyday in class. We're going to start with the exercises that come from the bar, put them together into steps, the steps become a part of combination. So in this particular combination Alexander, let's do a Tomb? Pas De Bourree, then we're going to do a small Glissade, glide to the side. Chaines, and start in, and land in fifth and then you're going to Changement in fifth, four times. Two, three, four, excellent, very good. Another way is to go across the floor, is going to Allegro. So now I'd like you to do a Grande Jete? in this direction, start with your preparation, and go ahead and go. Grande Jete? means like a jet, a jet would go from one place to another, a dancer goes from one leg to another. Would you like to see that again? Go ahead Alexander, one more time honey, just do your preparation. Some advice I would have for teachers who are training small and young children, is not to play down to them. They actually love to aspire to the big professionals, so make it interesting, make it fun, let them use their imaginations, let them create their own dances at the end of the training period. This been Lynda DeChane and thank you for watching.
