Step 2: Break The Mirrors This process is optional. You can by pre cut triangle or circle mirrors if you do not want to go through the process of breaking mirrors. Check out my suggestion for 100 pre cut triangle mirrors that you can buy on Amazon in the supplies section above. There are many different ways to break a mirror. Do what works for you, using caution always . Below is the process that I found works best! Line two paper bags with a plastic bag with handles. Place the mirrors inside of the bag. No more then two mirrors at a time. Using a hammer, hit the outside of the bags a few times to start to break the mirror into pieces. Avoid over breaking, you want medium size pieces not small shards. Step 5: Apply Lifting one mirror piece at a time, remove the tape and turn the mirror piece back side up. Apply a small dab of E 6000 glue in the center of the back side. Don't over apply glue. Hold for 30 60 seconds, depending on how quickly the glue sets. Repeat this process until the entire one side is completely finished. Start on the second shoe, same side and duplicate the same pattern. You don't have to be exactly perfect, but try to get as close as possible to reflect the other shoe to show consistency..

I loathed Crocs (NASDAQ:CROX) during this summer and fall, as trendy investors engaged in a feeding frenzy, inflating the price of the quirky shoemaker. I did not take joy in the stock's plunge, but I felt as if it was justified. However, CROX is now an attractive prospect. After a massive, painful decline from $75 to $35, CROX had returned to earth from its lofty orbit. At that point, it was trading at a forward P/E of about 15 cheap for such a high growth stock. Investing in high growth niche stocks like CROX can be tricky, or even disastrous. [I briefly owned Heely's (NASDAQ:HLYS), a similar, trendy shoemaker, selling eventually for a small loss.] Once a former high flier like CROX falls, it's often hard to establish a floor. But I decided to take a risk. I liked CROX at $35; I thought it was significantly oversold. So when it was in the high $30's, I bought December 42.5 calls. I just closed the position today. 11/30/07 Bought CQJ LV Call Crocs Inc $42.50 Exp 12/22/07 $1.10 12/07/07 Sold CQJ LV Call Crocs Inc $42.50 Exp 12/22/07 $4.20 The stock certainly recovered nicely, bouncing up about $4, or 10% in one week. After selling my $42.5 calls, I decided to reinitiate an options position, and purchased December $47.5 calls for $1.40/contract. This investment, in my opinion, is attractive for two reasons; fundamentals, and momentum. As I have previously discussed, CROX was ridiculously overvalued at $75. When it announced earnings, which weren't even bad, the expectations of speculators were crushed, and as Jim Cramer shouted "SELL" on Mad Money, investors dumped the stock. (That wasn't a direct shot at Jim, though he had been pumping up the stock on its way up. A panicked investor that sold on his advice would have not endured the full losses). CROX fell over $25 the first day after earnings, and continued its downward slide for another two weeks before stabilizing. Now CROX has an attractive long term valation. The shoes are still selling well, as consumers snatch up the trendy, colorful, albeit unusual clogs. During the last conference call, the company still called for strong growth, just not strong enough to justify a 40 forward P/E. CROX is also releasing clothing to compliment their product line, using lightweight material; if the clothing is as revolutionary (or intriguing) as the shoes, sales could become supercharged. I usually wouldn't touch a stock if I didn't believe its long term prospects were respectable, so CROX passes that test. However, the real reason why I'm playing with some options is because CROX is (or was) a hot momentum stock. Now that CROX is well off its low (and up in 4 out of the last 5 sessions), individual investors who had sworn off CROX might be attempted to jump back in. I don't think a valuation of $75/share is reasonable, but CROX still definitely has room to run. The average prediction of next year's earnings is $2.69/share. The current forward P/E is just 17, which I'd consider pretty low for a company expected to grow 40% next year and 26% over the next 5 years. I'd start to find CROX a little overpriced with a forward P/E in the mid 20's. However, the stock still has lots of ground to cover before then. With a forward P/E of 20, CROX would trade around $54/share. Assuming a forward multiple of 22.5, that would make CROX a $60 stock. My December options will expire too soon to enjoy all of CROX's potential price increase. But, even as a value oriented, longer term investor, I think CROX is an attractive buy and hold at this current valuation. CROX may be cold blooded now, but I think it's going to bask in the sun. The Shoe Jokes End When People Start Having Sex So there are certain rumors about penises. One of them is that you can tell the size of a man's junk by his shoe size. Kids really dig that rumor, and that's too bad for the short guy, because most short guys don't have disproportionally huge feet. But here's some good news for the short guy: This rumor totally dies by the time people start having sex, and, y'know, seeing penises. And that makes sense, because once the sexual experience kicks in, folks find plenty of tall guys not packing and lots of small guys who are fully equipped. People worship Kurt Vonnegut for his prose and philosophy, but for me, this passage from Slaughterhouse Five always held the most truth and beauty: "Montana was naked, and so was Billy, of course. He had a tremendous wang, incidentally. You never know who'll get one." Truly beautiful. Now, I'm in no way implying that simply because the shoe rumor is a fallacy that the opposite is true. There is no implication here that I'm walking around with a circus penis. I'm just saying that by the time people get some sexual experience, they realize that the rumor equating shoe and penis size is a lie. The rumor about noses, however, is totally accurate. 2. You're Invisible to Certain Women So here's a bit of a downer: If you're a short dude, you will sort of disappear at least to certain women. Now, I want to be clear about what I mean here. Everyone, male or female, has types and preferences. That's only normal. I'm not saying that some women find being short an unattractive quality. We've all strutted by someone with the hope of catching their eye, and we've all failed upon occasion, but what I'm talking about is failing to even register. You are a ghost. And not the sexy Patrick Swayze kind that makes out with Demi Moore while throwing clay. 1. If You're Assertive, You'll Be Accused of Having a Napoleon Complex This is the one that really pisses me off. My oldest brother is 5 feet 10 inches, my middle brother is 5 feet 8 inches, and, as I said, I'm 5 feet 6 inches. We were all raised with certain things drilled into us. Stand up straight; don't put your head down; and if someone hits you, hit them back. Those were the big lessons of our youth. They were true for all of us regardless of our respective heights. When there was a problem at school, my parents insisted that we address things with our teachers ourselves before they became involved. While other parents would send off their kids to sleep away camps in pairs with their best friend or write letters to principals to make sure certain children were in their kid's class, my parents didn't do any of that. They trusted that we would deal with whatever experiences came. We were also told we could say anything to an adult that we'd say to our friends (as long as we weren't rude or "fresh"). But even though I'm just being the kind of man I was raised to be, suddenly all of my motivations are questioned. Suddenly I'm compensating, or I have that dreaded Napoleon complex. Are there short men who are angry, who go around barking to command respect? Sure there are, but my parents raised me to be an assertive man when I was still a little boy of unknown potential height. Saying that every opinionated short guy has a Napoleon complex is like saying that every Cracked columnist has a small penis. Sure, it's true most of the time, but look at Kristi Harrison! It's just a drag to think that you have to suppress your opinions for fear of having them attributed to something beyond your control. It's no different from a Jew feeling that he has to tip extra well to avoid the stigma of being cheap or a black guy refraining from eating fried chicken to avoid that stereotype. I'm not sure if heightism is a thing, but that certainly feels like it. So when I tell you you're wrong and I have a better idea, just understand that it's because I'm smarter than you and I'm an asshole. Not because I'm short. Air Jordan 6 Infrared 23,The White House is not cheap. As of late last week, Mitt Romney and Barack Obama reached the $2 billion mark in money raised for their campaigns to move into the house on Pennsylvania Avenue. According to Kirk Jowers, director of the University of Utah's Hinckley Institute of Politics, if you include another $1 billion more spent by the super PACs and political parties on behalf of the candidates, then the price tag is closing in on $3 billion spent during a deep recession. It's a buyer's market, but the price for the White House keeps rising. From 1976 until 2000, spending for presidential campaigns was under control because candidates were fully funded by public money, which limits how much money they can raise and spend. Then George W. Bush blew the system apart by refusing to take public funding in 2000. He correctly figured that he could raise more money privately. Since then, presidential candidates have acted like Paris Hilton with her father's credit card. Bush vs. Kerry in 2004 cost $1.2 billion, and Obama vs. McCain in 2008 cost $1.8 billion. Now Romney and Obama are reaching $3B. Al Gore's entire campaign cost less than $100 million just 12 years ago. "It seems almost quaint now," says Jowers. Romney raised $111 million in the first half of October alone. This is the first time both candidates from the major parties declined public funding. They believed they could raise (and spend) more on their own. They were right. "Everyone would agree, this is not only the most expensive campaign ever, but something no one has ever seen before, with the impact of the super PACs and individual donors," says Jowers. "One individual (Sheldon Adelson) gave $54.44 million, and million dollar donations have been commonplace. This is a whole new world." Three billion dollars. That's a lot of money for a lot of warm gas, TV commercials and bus trips. If we wanted to spend $3 billion on self promotion and name calling, we could watch "American Idol" or that foul mouth, grumpy TV chef. But no one has come up with a system to elect the nation's leader. We could debate all day the merits of public funding and the trend toward allowing super PACs to gain more political sway than private citizens and their $250 donations. But it's difficult not to wonder what you could buy with that $3 billion. You could buy a 2012 Toyota Camry for 160,428 people enough to put the citizens of Brigham City, American Fork and Bountiful behind the wheel of a new car and have some left over for, say, Bluffdale. You could pay for the gas 2,032,520 million people use to commute to work every day. Based on median national prices, you could buy houses for 16,428 people. You could buy a year's worth of groceries for 11.1 million people. You could buy Nike shoes for more than 30 million people. You could pay for the salaries of the World Champion San Francisco Giants for 25 years (but only 15 years for the New York Yankees). If you're looking for a bargain, you could pay for the Oakland A's salaries for more than 54 years. Still in the market for a sports team? You could buy the bottom 10 teams in the NBA (according to franchise values) the Denver Nuggets, Philadelphia 76ers, Sacramento Kings, New Orleans Hornets, Indiana Pacers, Charlotte Bobcats, Minnesota Timberwolves, Atlanta Hawks, Milwaukee Bucks and Memphis Grizzlies. You could send 4.4 million people on a weeklong Caribbean cruise, with an ocean view room. You could pay for four years of in state tuition to a public college for 91,000 students. Or, if you prefer, you could pay for 364,000 years' worth of the same education almost enough to get today's average student a degree.

Moreover We Can Make Top Quality Air Jordan 6 Infrared 23,Air Jordan 6 Infrared 2014 The essence of all good business writing is to begin with an understanding of the audience. It's almost impossible to spend too much time getting to know the people you are trying to reach. To walk in the shoes of the audience members. To understand their wants and their needs. If you are writing a report for your Chief Executive, you have to think clearly about her requirements. What does she want to read about? What results really interest her? How much time will she have? Imagine you are a retailer and you hold a special after hours opening for your gold card loyalty members. If you write a report of this event for your manager, that report will almost certainly be very different from a report in the Loyalty Membership Newsletter. It's all a matter of the audience. In such a case, your boss would, presumably, want to know about the sales figures during the event, the costs and the breakeven point. Positive or negative feedback from attendees would also probably be of great interest. In contrast, very little of that content would be featured in the newsletter because the newsletter has a different audience. Generally, business writing has some accepted formats, such as how to organise memos, reports, letters and newsletter articles. In addition, business writing has a number of generally accepted practices: writing concisely, using bullets and headings, employing short sentences, creating brief paragraphs, and getting to the point quickly. Writing in a way that gives a co operative, motivated person a good chance of understanding the document at first reading. And it means using an appropriate structure and layout to help readers navigate through the document. However, it does not mean always using simple words at the expense of the most accurate words, or writing whole documents in kindergarten language. Air Jordan 6 Infrared 23 Home Remedy Treatments for Diabetic Food Health Even though it looks much the same as any other foot, the diabetic foot requires special attention. Why? Nerve damage is common with diabetes, especially in the lower extremities. Blood vessels are damaged as a result of the disease and circulation is decreased. When this happens, feet and legs tend to be cold and sores heal slowly, in some cases taking years to heal. This can easily lead to infection. Nerve damage can also decrease your ability to feel sensations in your feet, such as pain, heat, and cold. That means you may not notice a foot injury until you have a major infection. A common complaint from many people is, "My feet are killing me!" For a person with diabetes, that statement could be all too true. Loss of nerve function, especially on the soles of the feet, can reduce feeling and mask a sore or injury on the foot that, if left unattended, can turn into an ulcer or gangrene. Neuropathy, damage to the nerves, is a common problem for people with diabetes. It occurs most often in the feet and legs, and its signs include recurring burning, pain, or numbness. In addition to being painful, neuropathy can be harmful because if it causes a loss of feeling in the foot, even a minor foot injury may go undiscovered. In extreme cases, this can lead to serious infection, gangrene, or even amputation of the limb. Because of this, people with diabetes must be meticulous in caring for their feet. Moderate exercise, such as walking, cycling, or swimming, are best for people with diabetes. Because people with diabetes have to take some extra precautions while exercising, you will need to work with your health care provider to design an exercise program that is right for you. For example, since exercise lowers blood glucose, you will need to learn how to maintain the correct balance of food, exercise, and medication to prevent your blood glucose levels from dropping too low. Your doctor may recommend that you avoid intense, high impact activities such as running because of the potential for foot injury. Also, intense exercise could endanger tiny blood vessels in the eyes that are already weakened by diabetes (all that glucose in the blood can damage fragile vessels as well as nerves), potentially leading to rupture, vision problems, and even blindness. Overall, however, the benefits of exercise far outweigh the risks, and if you work with your doctor to create an exercise plan, you should be fine. Keep in mind that if you are over 40 years old, you will need to undergo a general medical examination, including a cardiovascular screening and exercise test, before proceeding with your exercise program. Once your doctor gives the go ahead, you need to set realistic goals in order to avoid too high or too low blood glucose levels. Begin with small goals, such as exercising for five minutes three days a week, and work up gradually to exercising for 30 minutes a day most days of the week. It's important to take excellent care of your feet. Here are some tips on how to do that: Look them over. Give your feet a thorough going over every night to make sure that you haven't developed a sore, blister, cut, scrape, or any other tiny problem that could blow up into big trouble. If your vision isn't good or you have trouble reaching your feet, have someone check your feet for you. Wash, rinse, and dry. A clean foot is a healthy foot, with a much lower susceptibility to infection. And clean feet feel better, too. Don't forget to clean and dry between the toes. Avoid bathroom surgery. Under normal circumstances, there is little danger from using a pumice stone to reduce a corn or callus. But for a person with diabetes, such a practice might lead to a little irritation, then a sore, then infection, and finally, a major ulcer. Likewise, caustic agents for removing corns and calluses can easily cause a serious chemical burn on your skin. Never use them. If you develop a corn, callus, wart, or other foot problem, see a podiatrist. Take care of the little things. Any time a cut, sore, burn, scratch, or other minor injury appears on your foot, attend to it immediately by washing it and covering it with protective sterile dressing. If you use adhesive tape, remove it carefully because it can weaken the skin when you pull it off. Consider using paper or cloth tape instead. If the sore is not healing or if you notice signs of infection, such as redness, red streaks, warmth, swelling, pain, or drainage, see a podiatrist. Choose shoes with care. Select shoes that fit both feet well and won't cause blisters or sores on your feet. Specialty diabetic shoes are available. Have your feet checked. Be sure your doctor examines your feet during your regular check ups; taking your shoes and socks off as soon as you get in the exam room may serve as a reminder for you both. Or, find a podiatrist experienced in treating diabetic feet and together set up a schedule for regular foot check ups, perhaps coinciding with nail trimming if you are unable to take care of this task yourself. Go easy on the heat. Don't be tempted to warm your cold feet with a heating pad or hot water bottle. If you have neuropathy, you may burn yourself without even feeling it. Instead, wear warm socks, or indulge yourself in a gentle foot massage. Make sure that after the massage, you clean away any remaining oil from between your toes. A mild solution of vinegar and water will do it. Expect dry skin. The nerves that control sweating in your feet may no longer work. So, after a bath, dry your feet and coat them with a thin layer of moisturizer. DO NOT use oils or creams between your toes. DO NOT soak your feet. The more you do, the more you put yourself at risk for infection. Moisture there can cause an infection, such as athlete's foot.
