Jessie J has every right to be frustrated. The Tag singer shot to the top of the charts earlier this year, but now her recent foot injury has left her having to deal with chronic arthritis. Getting the cast off of her injury is the end of one battle and the beginning of another. Jessie J is no stranger to health issues. She has dealt with a stroke and heart problems before she even reached her 20th birthday. Now she has to deal with arthritis pain. Now the tall beauty won even get to wear her trademark high heels shoes. Jessie does sound grateful that the cast is off now: I can explain how excited I am to have my leg out of the cast. Yes, finally, I can wear two shoes instead of one. But I will always suffer from arthritis in my ankle. It really hurts. It will be something I have to live with forever. Poor Jessie J made a triumphant dbut in the United States. After a great performance on Saturday Night Live, she was excited to join Katy Perry and her tour. One thing is for sure, Jessie J is a fighter. She plans to keep on singing and be a good role model for her fans. She even shunned pain killers after she left the hospital, fearing that she would become an addict. This was a wonderful, wonderful game of Gaelic football played by two magnificent teams who were level 10 times before Goulding struck for the winning point in the 62nd minute after man of the match Fintan Goold had been fouled. While Cork will bask in the glory of winning their 10th All Ireland success at this level, spare a thought for Laois who were minutes away from winning their first title at this grade when they led 0 15 to 1 9. Laois, who had played superbly all through, will wonder how this game got away from them. They kicked 14 wides to Cork's five, and the very least they deserved from this enthralling contest was a second bite of the cherry. However Cork's absolute refusal to accept defeat in those hectic closing minutes and their unquenchable belief in their ability to win the game when all seemed lost now moves to the top of the roll of honour, one ahead of Munster rivals Kerry. Cork were fortunate that all their big name players were at their very best. They simply had to be as Laois fired on all cylinders from start to finish. Michael Shields held the winners defence together well and it was his long delivery which led to the equalising goal. Ray Carey never put a foot wrong and his superb block from Donie Brennan's goal bound kick which he took full in the face, epitomised Cork's never say die attitude. Despite losing the midfield exchanges to the Laois pair of Brendan Quigley and Cathal g Greene, Fintan Goold and Andrew O'Sullivan had their moments. Daniel Goulding was easily the best of the Cork forwards, and had Paul Kerrigan's finish matched his superb approach work, he could well have had more than one point on the scoreboard. Cork began well and should have had a goal in the opening minute but Fintan Goold's pass to the unmarked Colm O'Neill was overhit and the chance was lost. However it set the scene for an epic contest and two superbly fit teams were level five times in the opening 25 minutes before Laois, with David Conway and Michael John Tierney giving the Cork defence a torrid time, kicked three points in a row, two of them by Tierney, to lead 0 8 to 0 5 coming up to half time. However a line ball by Cathrach Keane sent Daniel Goulding off on a great run and the Eire Og man billowed the Laois net for a marvellous goal which tied the game at the break, 1 5 to 0 8. There was no let up in the pace on the resumption but Laois added to their wide tally with three in a row before Shane O'Neill lost a glorious chance of a goal for the O'Moore County when he fielded superbly from the air, turned but blazed wide with only the 'keeper to beat. Cork too were guilty of poor finishing. Colm O'Neill and Fiachra Lynch were wide after good approach work and by the end of the third quarter each side had added just a single point to their half time scores. Play swung from end to end before Laois made their final push for victory. They introduced teen sensation Donie Kingston to their attack and Cork began to concede needless frees which MJ Tierney punished. As the clock ticked down, Laois were looking good for their first title leading 0 15 to 1 9. With a second decider defeat in a row staring them in the face, Cork threw caution to the wind and brought Michael Shields out to centre back. There appeared to be no danger as he won possession on his own 45 metre line but with the Laois forwards backing off him he came forward before unleashing a high ball deep into the square where Colm O'Neill rose highest to fist home an equalising goal which tied this gripping encounter for the 10th time. Both sides were out on their feet and would gladly have settled for the draw, but the fourth official signalled one extra minute and that went by without a score before substitute Shane McCarthy sent Fintan Goold away on a run and he was grounded 35 meters out from goal. Every Cork follower in the crowd of 5,500 help their breath as Goulding stood over the kick and he showed marvellous composure to land the winning point and leave Laois completely shattered. Scorers for Cork: D. Goulding 1 6 (0 4 frees, 0 1 45); C. O'Neill 1 1; F. Lynch, S. O'Donoghue, P. Kerrigan 0 1 each. Scorers for Laois: MJ Tierney 0 7 (0 5 frees); D. Conway 0 3; J. O'Loughlin, B. Most owners definitely know the importance of training in their dog's life. In human world, dog training is just like sending the kids to school to learn what he is supposed to learn in order to become a better person. Border collie dog training is important not only to make pets obey certain commands such as sit, stay, down and others. It is also a great tool in helping your dog prevent behavior problems such as aggression, barking, biting, chewing and digging. is one of the most common behavior problems affecting dogs. This may result not only to growling but also biting. Fortunately, this number of dog bite cases can be decreased provided owners are responsible enough to train their pets. Socialization should begin as early as possible around three weeks of age would be enough. This period is the best time to introduce puppies to social investigation and playful fighting. It is their way to warn their family of what they perceive as danger. However, if the barking is starting to annoy you and your neighbors, then it is not natural anymore. Determine what are the reasons for his excessive barking and find ways to deal with it. If he is alone outside and yet barks excessively even in the broad daylight, then perhaps he is scared and doesn't want to be alone. You may want to take him inside to stop him from barking too much. While excessive barking can be disturbing to you and your neighbors, chewing is not just disturbing but most of all, destructive. Would you want to come home to a house with chewed rugs or furniture? Would you want to see your expensive shoes with missing heels? Worry not because chewing problem can be prevented. Anything with your scent on it should be kept out of your dog's reach shoes, socks, clothes, etc. These things are the things you don't want destroyed, right? So better keep them safe even the old ones. You may also want to make his chew toys as appealing as possible. Rub something tasty on the outside of his toys or leave chew toy in the laundry hamper for a day or so before giving it to him. There are various types of toys in the market and purchasing th right one can be a daunting task. Just remember that safety should come first before anything else.

What causes this clumsiness? What can I do to keep from getting hurt? When should I call my healthcare provider? Is it normal to feel clumsy during pregnancy?Yes. Many women feel ungainly when they're pregnant, particularly in the last few months. In fact, in one relatively large study, more than one quarter of women reported falling at least once during the course of their pregnancy. What causes this clumsiness? You're carrying more weight than you're used to, and your center of gravity shifts as your uterus grows. Add to that hormonal changes that cause ligaments in your pelvis, your knees, and other joints to loosen, and it's no surprise that your posture changes and your sense of balance worsens. Loss of abdominal strength and swelling in your feet and legs may also play a role. You may find you're feeling clumsier in other ways, too. The hormonal changes that affect large joints like your knees may also affect smaller joints, like your fingers. What's more, fluid retention during pregnancy may put pressure on the nerves to your hands, leading to finger pain, tingling, and numbness, and with it, likely a decline in dexterity. What can I do to keep from getting hurt?Protect yourself by remembering that you're not at the top of your game when it comes to muscle control and coordination. Take special care when walking on wet, icy, or uneven surfaces and when going up or down steep steps, and use a handrail whenever possible. If the tricky terrain is unavoidable, you may find that widening your stance gives you a bit more stability. Also, research suggests that pregnant women tend to rely more than usual on visual cues to maintain balance, so pay attention to your surroundings and make sure you have adequate lighting. You're probably aware that you shouldn't be carrying heavy loads, but try to avoid bulky loads, too. (It's hard enough to see what's at your feet with your belly in the way!) And be extra mindful of your ability to balance if you need to pick up and carry a child. When should I call my healthcare provider? In most cases, clumsiness is not a cause for alarm, and you'll get your balance and dexterity back after you give birth. Depending on the circumstances, you may need to be seen and evaluated. i and my husband got married for over nine years without any child, will tried so many effort and all were in veil the test we had all testify that i have low fertile womb as a result i will not be able to get pregnant. If you have any concerns about your own health or the health of your child, you should always consult with a physician or other healthcare professional. Of course it does not suit everybody's skin tone but if you want to add colour and fun to your wardrobe you can always wear orange below your waist and as orange trousers are not very flattering the best item to add a splash of colour to your wardrobe are your shoes. I have heard some people are very reticent about wearing orange shoes and no wonder, I have seen some horrific shoes out there in orange. But here I am talking about beautiful designer shoes and not your ordinary orange crocs (please keep them only for the garden where no one sees you), orange trainers or orange go go dancer boots, that only someone going to a Halloween party would wear to go out. You have several choices when wearing orange shoes: You can adopt a monochromatic scheme wearing orange as a basic colour. For example, you might choose to wear an orange dress with orange sandals. Karen Millen has a beautiful and flattering orange dress which matches to perfection her orange sandals. If you choose this colour scheme make sure that your dress is cut as simple as possible. You can wear adjacent colours, in the colour wheel that is where two or more colours are located next to each other, for example orange and yellowy orange. That means that you can wear a very pale orange dress with deep orange sandals. Wear complimentary colours to create vibrant combinations. The complimentary colour for orange is blue, so you could wear your orange shoes with dark blue jeans for a funky look. Just keep it simple and avoid mixing too many different shades of orange or blue.
